Delivery
When you complete a purchase of one of the collections BackgroundArtz.com will email you with a download link to open in your browser and a Registration Key for you to obtain your download files.  You must enter the key as typed (we suggest you copy and paste it), to be able to download the files containing the images.  You have 7 days to complete the download process.  Beyond that time your code will expire and we cannot reissue it, issue you with a new one, or extend it without further payment.

Most of our PowerPoint background collections are around 2Mb in size and can be downloaded over a dialup connection although a broadband connection is recommended.

Our Scrapbook backgrounds are well in excess of the size that can be reliably downloaded using a dialup connection so a broadband connection is recommended. We respectfully suggest you do not purchase Scrapbook backgrounds if you cannot access them using a broadband connection.

Your registration key is personal to you. You are not permitted to share it with others and to do so is a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Your rights
In purchasing our backgrounds and scrapbook elements you are being granted a license to use these backgrounds for your own purposes.  You may use the backgrounds for your own business presentations and for your scrapbooks and art work and may use them in items for sale provided you do not sell more than 10 items incorporating a particular image, ever.

You can, therefore, use our images in scrapbook pages, for example, that you create for yourself and you can print up to 10 of a particular design to use for a scrapbook class. You cannot, however, print more than 10 of any image for commercial purposes (including scrapbook classes), and you can cannot use these images in their current form or by modifying or disassembling them in any other item for resale without the prior written consent of BackgroundArtz.com. If you are unsure whether your intended use is a permitted one we encourage you to email us the details of your intended use to licence@backgroundartz.com and ask.

Return policy
On purchasing a collection of backgrounds or scrapbook accents you have 7 days in which to download the file containing the images.  Your authorization code will expire after that time - please ensure you download the files within that time as extensions and replacement codes cannot and will not be given.

We are selling you digital files and, accordingly, it is not possible for us to allow you to 'return' items to us. If a download file is damaged, defective or does not contain the listed files, let us know and we will make arrangements to replace it and allow you another period of time to download it. We cannot otherwise offer refunds or replacements so we caution you to be sure you make sure that the selected collections are those that you want to buy before you complete your purchase.

By your use of this site, you expressly agree that you are using this site at your own risk.  BackgroundArtz.com makes no representations or warranties that this website or its products for sale or offered for free are free are from errors or omissions nor that they are free from defects.  You are invited to report any problems you encounter to info@backgroundartz.com.
